Last night we heard from the local PCSO and Neighbourhood Warden concerning the antisocial riding of mopeds – please report any registrations where possible. We also heard about metal thefit from a company on the Henfield Road. Again, contact the police if you have any details.
There has been a garage burglary on Henfield Road, so please ensure garages, sheds & outbuildings are secure .
The next Neighbourhood Panel meeting will be Thursday 19th July at 7pm @ The Steyning Centre. All may attend.

Steyning and Storrington areas have agreed, in principle, to get together to maintain services in the wake of funding cuts to youth services. This is in its early stages, but headway is being made, and the issue has not been forgotten.

The Chanctonbury County Local Committee meeting takes place on Wednesday 4th July at 7pm. This is a chance for you to raise issues and an update on infrastructure projects for the area.

We agreed donations for the West Sussex Mediation Service,Steyning Festival, 4sight and Victim Support.

Following strong feedback at our very well attended AGM in April, we are looking at a more user-friendly website, so hopefully that will be up and running soon; and we have agreed interim remedial work to the Sports Hall, totalling in excess of £15,000.
